Beyond the Comfort Zone workshop

If you’re in the innovation business and going into new territory, mistakes are bound to happen. But mistakes and learning go hand-in-hand and the fear of failure can prevent us from achieving growth.

Making mistakes is a lot like data acquisition and experimentation, it helps propel us forward to succeed.

A workshop to stimulate risk taking and growth

In ‘Beyond The Comfort Zone’ we play with the conditions necessary to build psychological safety and create conditions for risk taking.

We also reframe mistakes and look at what can be learnt.

Finally we look at how to respond to ‘failure’ and bouncing back to succeed.
